Aino Tap on Bus dengan QRIS Tap di FEKDI x IFSE 2026

Jakarta, 26 September 2026 – PT Aino Indonesia once again participated in the Festival Ekonomi Keuangan Digital Indonesia and Indonesia Fintech Summit & Expo (FEKDI x IFSE) 2026, held from September 24–26, 2026, at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Jakarta.

Carrying the theme “Strengthening Synergy, Driving Innovation, and Developing Globally Competitive Talent for the Advancement of Indonesia’s Digital Financial Economy,” FEKDI x IFSE 2026 served as a platform for collaboration among regulators, government institutions, industry players, and various stakeholders to accelerate Indonesia’s digital economic and financial transformation.

At this year’s event, Aino Indonesia was once again entrusted by Bank Indonesia to showcase digital payment innovation at Bank Indonesia’s Digital Experience Booth. This participation continues Aino Indonesia’s involvement in various Bank Indonesia initiatives to introduce and provide the public with first-hand experience of developments in payment system technology, particularly the implementation of QRIS Tap.

Showcasing Tap on Bus with Multiple Payment Methods

At the Digital Experience area, Aino Indonesia showcased Tap on Bus, a payment device designed to support transaction needs in public transportation. The device supports various digital payment methods, including Electronic Money Cards, QRIS MPM, QRIS CPM, and NFC-based QRIS Tap.

With support for multiple payment methods, Tap on Bus enables transportation operators to provide passengers with a more convenient and flexible payment experience when using public transportation.

The technology showcased at FEKDI x IFSE 2026 also represents the real-world implementation of Aino’s solutions across various transportation services in Indonesia. These implementations can be found at Big Bird Shuttle at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Bus Listrik Medan, Metro Jabar Trans in West Java, Batik Solo Trans in Surakarta, Trans Banjarbakula in South Kalimantan, and Trans Banjarmasin in Banjarmasin.

The presence of these implementations across different regions reflects Aino Indonesia’s efforts to support the expansion of the digital payment ecosystem in public transportation while providing passengers with more payment options.

Supporting QRIS Tap Experiences Across Multiple Booths

Beyond the Tap on Bus device showcased at Bank Indonesia’s Digital Experience Booth, Aino Indonesia also supported QRIS Tap payment use cases at the Bank Mandiri Booth and the Medan City Government Booth during FEKDI x IFSE 2026.

These use cases demonstrate how QRIS Tap can be integrated into various transaction scenarios and service ecosystems. Visitors at FEKDI x IFSE 2026 were able to discover and experience NFC-based payments first-hand by simply bringing an NFC-enabled device close to the designated payment point.

This implementation is aligned with the continued expansion of Indonesia’s digital payment system. According to Bank Indonesia, QRIS adoption had reached 69.32 million users and 47.11 million merchants as of August 2026, while Aino Indonesia contributed to the ecosystem by processing nearly 3 million QRIS transactions throughout 2026. Bank Indonesia also continues to promote digital innovation as part of the Indonesia Payment System Blueprint (BSPI) 2030 agenda.

Collaboration to Expand Digital Payment Adoption

FEKDI x IFSE 2026 served as a collaborative platform bringing together policy, technology innovation, industry, and the public. In addition to seminars and talk shows, the event featured innovation exhibitions and showcases, user digital experiences, and various digital talent development programs.

Bank Indonesia emphasizes that Indonesia’s digital economic and financial transformation needs to continue delivering tangible impacts on productivity and economic growth. The implementation of QRIS, both through scan-based payments and QRIS Tap, is also being expanded across various services, including public services, to encourage wider adoption of cashless transactions.

This direction aligns with Aino Indonesia’s commitment to developing payment solutions that can be implemented across various ecosystems, particularly public transportation and mobility services.

Aino Indonesia’s participation in FEKDI x IFSE 2026 also provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration with Bank Indonesia, the banking industry, local governments, transportation operators, and other stakeholders in expanding the adoption of digital payments across Indonesia.

Through continuous technology development and the wider implementation of payment solutions, Aino Indonesia remains committed to supporting an integrated, inclusive, and relevant digital payment ecosystem that meets the evolving mobility needs of Indonesian society.
